  • Apply for their Federal Identification Numbers (employee IDs)
  • Are filed for workers’ compensation
  • Receive their Unemployment Identification Number
  • Process paperwork required for the fiscal agency program

Yes, once you are set up in our system with your employees, we will pay out all authorized wages to your employees according to their approved timesheets.

Yes, as your Fiscal Employers Agency of choice, we will:

  • File monthly tax reports
  • Make appropriate tax payments to include federal and state income tax deposits
  • Ensure all tax levies, garnishments, and court ordered deductions are being taken out

Yes, we will assist in all tax-related functions including:

  • Filing quarterly tax reports
  • Making appropriate tax payments
  • Stating wage reporting
  • Filing annual tax reports
  • Making appropriate tax payments to include Federal and State withholdings

Yes, as your Fiscal Employer Agency partner, we will maintain all payroll records for you in accordance with State and Federal laws and regulations.

Yes, our team will submit claims to the funding agency on your behalf.

Yes, our team will review your hours regularly and let you and your Care Manager know when your hours exceed authorization.

The Fiscal Agent relationship of Vista Care Direct, to the employer, is that of performing limited administrative tasks and payroll services for the employer and their employees. Neither party is an employee or representative of the other party.
